The Labour union amongst other things demanded the arrest and prosecution of the persons who assaulted the President of the NLC, Joe Ajaero, in Imo state on November 1.

 

The Nigeria Labour Congress NLC and the Trade Union Congress TUC have given a list of its demands to be met by the Tinubu-led Federal Government before it will call off its ongoing nationwide strike.

In a statement released on its X handle on Tuesday evening, November 14, the Labour union amongst other things demanded the arrest and prosecution of the persons who assaulted the President of the NLC, Joe Ajaero, in Imo state on November 1.
