Akpan

A man identified as Akpan has been reportedly shot dead by suspected cultists in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.

It was gathered the victim, popularly known as Fregene, was killed at Rumukalagbor area of Port Harcourt on Wednesday night, November 22, 2023.
 
Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report but it was gathered that Fregene was heading home after watching a football game when the gunmen who had allegedly been on his trail, shot him twice in the neck at close range.
 
Late Akpan hailed from Akwa Ibom state but studied and resided in Port Harcourt.
