A video of the moment some people were trying to cross a flooded gutter with a makeshift bridge has surfaced online.

People reportedly paid N50 access to access the makeshift bridge at a bus stop that is close to the Ile Epo market in Lagos.

This has stirred mixed reactions on social media.
