A video has captured the emotional moment a boss broke down in tears during the freedom ceremony of her apprentice.

In the video, the boss gushed over the impeccable character of her apprentice.

According to the female boss, she never once received a complaint about the girl and efforts to find a replacement have since been impossible.

While praying for her as she passes out to become her own boss, the apprentice could not hold back her tears either.

“I looked for someone like you but I couldn’t find, I looked for a good apprentice like you, but I did not see. You always look after my things like it’s yours. I never received any complaint about you from anyone instead people tell me how good and respectful you are,” she said in part.
