The suspect was caught in the early hours of Monday, September 4, 2023 and allegedly confessed to have stolen money, phones and other items from houses.

 

A suspected thief has been arrested by local hunters in Kpada community, Lapai Local Government Area of Niger State.

 

Following his arrest, he broke down in tears. He was nabbed for house breaking and stealing.

 

According to a resident, Christian Dashe, the suspect was caught in the early hours of Monday, September 4, 2023 and allegedly confessed to have stolen money, phones and other items from houses. 

 

“One of the notorious criminal (a thief) who has been breaking people’s door in Angwan Mangu of Kpada community was caught in the early hours of Monday 4th September 2023. According to the investigation made by the securities (Hunters) the guy in question admitted that he is from the neighboring village (Gbedako) 4km away from Kpada. Few among the things he admitted that he truly stole are money, phones, accessories, sawing engine and many others. Indeed God Almighty will continue to expose the activities of the wicked.” Dashe wrote on Facebook
