The Supreme Court has reserved Judgment in the appeal filed by Labour Party (LP) and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi against the declaration of Bola Tinubu as the winner of the Feb 25th elections.

The 7-man panel of the Supreme Court led by Justice John Okoro, on Monday, reserved the ruling after hearing arguments from lawyers to the parties involved.

Justice Okoro said parties in the matter would be communicated as soon as the judgment date is fixed.
