Gov Peter Mbah

Nigeria’s Supreme Court has upheld the election of Gov Peter Mbah of Enugu State, ending months of legal battles over the gubernatorial polls.

The apex court, on Friday, ruled in favour of Mbah of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
