Pastor Joshua Lawani has been remembered by his friend Victor Hector Alejemba.

 

The pastor was killed by kidnappers after delivering ransom to rescue him from captivity five years ago. 

 

“Today 5 years Ago, Pastor Joshua Lawani came with the ransom that will be used to set me free from kidnappers but he didn’t know it would be his last day on earth,” Victor wrote in a Facebook post on Thursday, January 11, 2024. 

 

“How everything went fast from bad to worse in a twinkle of an eye still leaves me short of words. Continue to rest in peace Pastor Joshua. Sad it had to end in that way.”
