A man identified as Oladimeji Hassan has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command after he was caught with a locally made gun and 25 live cartridges.
 
Policemen attached to the Ojodu Division of the command apprehended the suspect at the Berger area of the state on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
 
The command in a statement posted on its official X account said investigation is ongoing.
 
“Oladimeji Hassan, a 27-year-old male, was arrested at Berger earlier today by Ojodu Division officers. Following a search, he was found in possession of a locally made gun and 25 live cartridges. The investigation is currently underway,” the statement read.
