A fake medical doctor, Usman Sadiq Yelwa, working with the Bauchi state government, has been arrested by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).

The state NSCDC Commandant, Ilelaboye Oyejide, disclosed this on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, while speaking with journalists at the command’s headquarters on the security situation in the state.
 
He said that the suspect was arrested based on credible intelligence.
 
The suspect, who confessed to being an impostor, will be charge to court for the established offence accordingly, the commandant added.
