Glo has finally joined other telcos in giving Nigerians an affordable night data plan, and somehow, the plan looks cheap and better. Except for the fact that in some locations, the network crawls.

Glo introduced N100 for 1GB to all subscribers and it can be used from the hours of 12 AM – 5 AM. The good news is that it doesn’t expire that day, as the validity period is 5days. Something other telcos won’t give you.

However, Glo subscribers are suggesting that if the plan can extend from 12 AM – 8 AM, it will make a bit more sense. If the Glo network is superb in your location, then you can give this a shot, otherwise, stick to Airtel and MTN Night plan.

Dial *777# and follow the prompt to Night and weekend plan.

Note: even if you have an active subscription, it won’t be touch once the plan is activated. Validity for this plan is 5 days usable from 12 am to 5 am.
