Portable ordered food from the woman selling and directed a woman to be fanning him with a book while he was eating.
A video which surfaced on social media shows the singer eating and discussing with the food seller while another woman stood behind to be fanning him.
Also, a huge crowd gathered round him after they must have probably heard that he was in the neighbourhood.
