A video has shown the moment President Muhammadu Buhari donned a ceremonial naval attire.

 

Buhari stepped out in the naval attire on Monday May 22.

 

The President rocked the outfit to the Presidential Fleet Review held at the Naval Dockyard Limited in Victoria Island, Lagos.
