A 15-year-old boy whose legs were chained while he was confined into a dingy room by his aunt he lives with has been rescued by neighbours.

In a viral video, the aunt claimed the boy went out and failed to return home. She also alleged that he steals her money. When asked who the boy is to her, she said he is her older sister’s child.

The neighbours who were visibly angry said they would have pounced on her if not that she is elderly.
