XXXTentacion’s Song Was The Top Inspiration For My Debut Album – Omah Lay

Nigerian musician, Stanley Omah Didia, known professionally as Omah Lay, has revealed the songs that inspired his debut album, Boy Alone.

Speaking during an interview, he said late rapper, XXXTentacion’s song, Jocelyn Flores is the top on the list of songs that inspired him while making the album.

According to Omah Lay, the rap artiste is his ‘guy’ and he loves listening to his music often, and it put him in the same in-depth headspace.

The ‘Lo Lo’ crooner also mentioned Nigerian singer, Celestine Ukwu’s track, Igede, and Mob Ties by Drake as other songs that were sources of inspiration to him.

He explained that whenever he was down as a result of personal struggles and negative reports about him in the news, Igede was a song he always fell back to.
