Renowned Nigerian female vocalist and performing artiste, Aituaje Iruobe, widely known as Waje has announced that she will be dropping a new album soon.
Waje is a multifaceted act whose vocal range covers three octaves. She first gained recognition after being featured on the remake of P-Square’s ‘Omoge Mi’ and also featured on the duo’s 2008 hit track ‘Do Me’.
The multiple award winning songstress, songwriter and entertainer has taken to her official social media page to announce the completion and the official release date for her forthcoming studio album.
The veteran female vocalist whose first and only song of the year ‘Vibes’ featured ace rapper Falz, is set to follow up with a body of work. Having released two studio albums ‘W.A.J.E (2013)’, and ‘Red Velvet (2018)‘, Waje will be releasing her third project titled ‘WAJE 2.0’ on the 22nd of July 2022.
Announcing the album, she posted via her verified Instagram page; “A new me is emerging and i am totally embracing it all! Fierce, Intentional, Fit, Stronger, Wholly refreshed with a voice like you’ve never heard it before. WAJE 2.) ALBUM OUT 22-7-22 Will officially kick off the ReEmergence of WAJE! Are You Ready? Expect Everything!”
