Soccer legend, Pele, has been discharged from the hospital the place he was receiving therapy for nearly a month.

The 80-year-old has a tumour removed from his colon on September 4.

Nevertheless, he has been saved in intensive care after the surgical procedure.

“I’m so completely satisfied to be back at house. I need to thank the whole Albert Einstein Hospital crew, who made my keep a nice one, with a humane and really affectionate welcome,” Pele posted on his official Instagram

The hospital added in a terse assertion: “The affected person is secure and can proceed with chemotherapy.”

The tumor was found in Pele’s system when he went for routine medical examinations on the end of August.

Pele received the 1958, 1962 and 1970 World Cups, and stays Brazil’s all-time main scorer with 77 objectives in 92 matches.
