D’Tigers, the Nigerian Basketball team, have honored late Nigerian veteran singer Sound Sultan.
They honored the late singer with a warmup shirt that has his face on it before their pre-Olympics match against Australia last night.
Sound Sultan who died on Sunday July 11 after a battle with lung cancer, was a basketball enthusiast during his lifetime.
They also observed a minute silence for Sound Sultan before the game against Australia.
