After many months, Nigerian medical doctors have lastly called off its nationwide strike.

The strike was called off by the management of the Nigerian Association of Resident Medical doctors (NARD). The medical doctors at the moment are set to resume on Wednesday, based on Vanguard.

In a communique signed by the Nigerian Medical Affiliation, Secretary-General Ekpe Philips Uche, after the assembly held amongst delegates of NMA and NARD on Sunday in Abuja, the NMA suggested NARD to cease the ongoing industrial motion.
