The Academic Workers Union of Universities, ASUU has declared a nationwide strike.

The choice comes after a chronic deliberation following the Federal Authorities’s incapacity to implement earlier agreements.

The strike was declared on Monday throughout a press conference addressed by the President of ASUU, Prof. Emmanuel Osodeke.

In response to ASUU Nationwide President, the strike shall be “comprehensive and total”
