Popular Nigerian skit maker, Chukwuemeka Emmanuel, popularly known as Sabinus, has tendered an apology for not showing up at an event he was paid for at the Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State.
A show promoter named Johnbosco Ezeuchegbu aka Crazylegs took to Instagram to call him out for not honouring the invitation despite being paid two million naira to perform.
Sabinus who had earlier publicised the event on social media failed to show up at the venue on Thursday, causing angry students to destroy the venue.
The event planner wrote, “Please, guys help me. Tag any blog for me. Sabinus had scammed me. He did not show up for my show that I paid him for.”
Sharing receipts of payment, Crazylegs added, “Evidence of payments and flights. Please you all should come to my resume. Fans are destroying my properties.”
