Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state has welcomed, Peter Obi, the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) to the state.

Obi paid a courtesy visit to the state on Tuesday.

The former Governor of Anambra State who is the Pro-Chancellor of Dominican University led other team members of the University on a courtesy visit to Governor Makinde.

Obi is hoping to take over power from President Muhammadu Buhari at the end of his tenure in 2023.
